From kid 63×26×3 to twin XL 80×38×3, with the width warning printed.
Five footprints of the same three-inch foam. The only decision is the footprint, and it is the footprint that goes wrong: measure the usable width inside the rails before you choose, not the outside of the frame.
If you are between two sizes, take the narrower one. A pad an inch too wide rides up the rails of a cot and tips you toward the middle all night. A pad an inch too narrow simply leaves an inch.

- Width first, inside any rails.
- Length second, between anything standing proud at the ends.
- Height clearance third, if it goes under a shell or a lid.
Mark the footprint on the cot or the vehicle floor with masking tape at the size you are considering. Two minutes of tape answers the question better than any chart.

Print this page at 100% and the outlines below come out at 1.6 pixels to the inch, which is 1 : 60 of real size. Mark the same rectangle on your cot or vehicle floor with masking tape and you will see the overhang before you order.
Printer scaling varies. If yours rescales the page, use a tape measure instead: the numbers under each outline are the real dimensions.

Which size for a standard camp cot?
Cot, 72 × 24 × 3. Check your rails: some cots are narrower inside than the frame suggests.
Which for a truck bed?
Twin XL at 80 × 38 × 3 is the longest listed. Measure between the wheel arches.
Does the cover wash?
The cover is removable and washable per the product page.
Is there a thicker one?
A four-inch version is rated together with this one, so its stars are the same 4.5 from the same 732 reviews. It is not shown on these shelves because every card here is the three-inch pad, and mixing the two under one name would misstate what you are buying.
